Mondays: 12:00pm – 2:00pm

This is a gentle, welcoming class suitable for beginners and intermediate. Together, we’ll move through soothing stretches, build strength, bring the body into balance, and calm the nervous system, finishing with a deep 15 minute relaxation.

If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected, this class offers a peaceful space to ground yourself, breathe deeply, and gently build resilience from within.

Please bring: a yoga mat, a blanket for relaxation, and anything else you need to feel comfy.
